Trynzic LLC, an AMI-plus and IoT SaaS software company serving utilities, is pleased to announce a new collaboration with Huntsville Utilities as a foundational member of the Trynzic Innovation Partner Program (IPP).
The goal of the program and the partnership is to further the pursuit of excellence in strategic utility operations. The partnership seeks to leverage Trynzic’s cloud-native platform to enable utilities to access a high level of operations performance and planning.
Having just completed their AMI deployment, Huntsville Utilities will now realize proactive service chain operations capabilities using Trynzic’s scalable and advanced anomaly detection capabilities (SENSE), diagnostic and troubleshooting tools (TRIAGE), and configurable case management and workflow orchestration solutions (ACT).
“We are thrilled to have Huntsville Utilities join our Innovation Partner Program. In so many areas they stand out as a forward-thinking Public Power Company; and this program seeks to enhance their business model using real-time meter telemetry, streamlined business processes, great employee data experiences, and continuous improvement. Trynzic’s SaaS platform enables all these goals with a high degree of scalability, flexibility, and security.” said Morgan Korn, Chief Technology Officer at Trynzic.
Stacy Cantrell, Vice President of Engineering at Huntsville Utilities said on the partnership, “We are looking forward to exploring how Trynzic can help us find more value in our AMI data as well as efficiently manage the notifications coming out of the AMI systems. There’s no shortage of potential applications beyond that.”
Trynzic bridges the gap between advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) and traditional business processes, helping utilities and their stakeholders to realize the full potential of their AMI investment. Trynzic’s IoT software platform is designed for energy distribution utilities to turn never-ending streams of raw smart meter data into polished, intelligent business workflows. Built on Microsoft Azure, Trynzic’s software platform combines scale-focused architecture and serverless computing to give providers an affordable way to sense, triage, and act upon a myriad of issues in the grid.
